In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these website Terms & Conditions and your signed ToB, the terms of the signed ToB shall prevail.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

1. General Principle

As a professional services provider, fees paid to Agensi Pekerjaan Rekrut Seyogia Sdn. Bhd. (such as placement fees, retainer fees, or administrative charges) are generally governed by the refund and replacement credit clauses stipulated in your specific signed Terms of Business (ToB).

2. Cancellations

• By the Client: Cancellation of recruitment mandates or service requests must be formally submitted in writing in accordance with the notice periods detailed in your signed ToB.
• By the Company: We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services if contractual milestones or payment terms are breached.

3. Refunds and Original Payment Method

Where a refund is explicitly approved by management or mandated under the terms of a signed ToB (e.g., failure to fulfill a replacement guarantee window):

• All approved refunds will be returned exclusively to the original payment method used for the initial transaction.
• Under no circumstances will refunds be processed via cash, check, or transfer to an alternative third-party account. This is strictly enforced to prevent fraudulent activities and comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

"Delivery" of our services constitutes the sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and introduction of qualified candidates to our clients, or the successful placement of a candidate, depending on the agreed scope.

2. Timeline and Milestones

• Service delivery timelines are bespoke and are established upon the execution of a signed Terms of Business (ToB) or Project Brief.
• The standard process initiates within 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of a confirmed mandate and any required mobilization deposit.
• Digital deliverables (such as candidate profiles, background verification reports, or psychometric assessments) will be transmitted securely via email or dedicated client portals.

3. Delays and Performance

While we utilize our best professional endeavors to meet all estimated recruitment timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and are highly dependent on market candidate availability and prompt client feedback/interview scheduling.
